So the result is don't take abuse from the Beast! Definately complain when service is not up to par, but of course being polite but firm gets you a lot further than loosing it! (I'll have to remind my OH of that next time his ears turn red & the steam starts to emerge out of them!)

I am really glad of the outcome, I hope you get the tkts quickly so you can enjoy fast and furious:rotfl:

hello i am new to the cinema codes, and for the first time i have finally got myself some tickets to go and watch Hellboy 2 on monday, but i dont know what i am sposed to do, i have printed off the tickets, but for some strange reason i dont think they will let me in with this print,,
cansomebody run me through the process of what happens when you get there please..
