saw this yesterday with insider. liked it, not at all what I expected probably give it 7.5/10[/quote

I also saw this yesterday with insider, I wasn't all that impressed with it to be honest. Thought it was quite slow. The best bits definitely had to be Daniel Craig's body OMG  . I'd probably give it 6/10

  • I have one of those flashbacks of a fool daily express vouchers for the film tonight at Glasgow Quay, but haven't had a chance to go an trade it for tickets. Anybody know if it's worth just turning up tonight at 6 and hoping they still have some? Or would it be really too late?

I know it's difficult getting through with all the voice options but maybe try to see if you can phone the box office to tell you if they have tickets left? (you'll have to see if they let you get through to an actual human at the cinema itself! :p )

I think I'll just not go I'd need to get the bus at 430 to get there on time and I have exams I should be studying for anyway!

Not receiving notification emails again  Missed the Nims Island tickets, although on the website it states that we can print of a family ticket for 4 people and only option was for 2, wonder if it's a glitch and it hasn't gone live yet

Saw Flashbacks of a Fool, last night at the Coventry Showcase, via showcase insider offer. It was quite an interesting film, and the male leads are excellent, but it has a strong sexual content, and at the screening I was at I definately saw a women bring in a child who could have been no older than 10, (it is a certificate 15) film was totallly inappropriate for a child. I was glad I got the tickets for nothing as not sure it was truly a strong enough film to spend your hard earned cash on. Overall 6/10, and the nostalgia of the 70's was well captured.
Just because your paranoid does not mean they are not out to get you ! :rotfl:

It was definitely working as I got tickets earlier. I did have to use mine and my hubby's email as it would only allow you to request 2 at a time. I tried to get my sister some five minutes later and it said it was full so I presume as it said there was only a set number of tickets available they had all gone.

Maybe it will be like the heat magazine tickets and more will come available later - keep trying and see.

    Good luck.........

  • I spoke to Cineworld today and they have confirmed that the postponed Monday screening of Happy-Go-Lucky will take place this evening but at 8.45 pm and not 6.30 as originally advertised. This is all dependent on the film reel being received by the cinema in time!!!

Not sure if I am going to bother as I don't want to turn up and find it has been cancelled again. I'll see how I feel later but could do without such a late start/finish time.........
