morning all!
Oh jet, i'm not sure about the debit card thing... how annoying having to tiptoe around that money all the time!!
I'm having a bit of an ebay clearing out this week. Sold 2 tops for £13 yesterday. There must be a market for fat chick clothes! I only started them at 50p each! So quite happy with that.
However was looking to buy a handbag on Ebay to match some new (also Ebay) shoes for a wedding in May. Handbag is bids from 99p (buy it now £9.99!) and wait for it, £4.99 for postage, royal mail second class. I emailed the seller and said "are you having a laugh" or words to that effect and for second class too!!! She says she will drop postage, i may or may not bid. Can't decide now....I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....(it's part of my charm!)0 -

Well done on your ebay sales I keep saying that I am going to put some stuff on but never do.. lazy that's me!! Some seller's do seem to take the !!!! with there postage charges it really gets my wick.....

I had the same thing happen to me on 7th November last year. Payment has still not been taken.
I telephoned the retailer and they said payment had gone through on the 8th November. I then spoke to the bank who said the payment was definitely not in their system and the retailer has 6 months to collect it.
I feel I have done everything I can to pay, by contacting both the bank and retailer, and if it is not taken by the 7th May I am going to consider it my money
.
Hope this helps,
Sam,

Morning All, feeling very down today (personal stuff). I got asked for my opinion and the person didn't like it so I'm the one made to feel like rubbish. Had a good cry before coming to work and still trying to fight the tears.
On a slightly more positive note my BoS credit card are letting me transfer some of the balance of my other (nasty APR) credit card so thats one good thing.CC2 = £8687.86 ([STRIKE]£10000[/STRIKE] )CC1 = £0 ([STRIKE]£9983[/STRIKE] ); Reusing shopping bags savings =£5.80 vs spent £1.05.Wine is like opera.
