Recommend fixed rate ISA - transfer in?

Dear All,
I've a 5.75% (I think...) cash isa from Kent Reliance, that I'd like to *TRANSFER IN* to another provider, preferably as a 1 year fixed rate.
Can people recommend products with good/the best(!) FIXED interest rates, that allow transfers in?
Many thanks.

Lloyds 6.5% is the best rate if you've got £9,000 but having read in that thread about lots of problems people have had opening the Lloyds ISA and transferring funds into it, I'm just filling in the form for a Nationwide 6.15% 1 year fix..0

Nationwide offering 6.15% for their one year and two year bonds. Not the absolute best, but pretty good."The trouble with quotations on the Internet is that you never know whether they are genuine" - Charles Dickens0

I opened accounts at Lloyds this morning for the 6.5% fixed for myself and wife and I'm transfering funds both from Kent Reliance and NS&I. Opening was very easy with helpful staff so hoping the transfers will be the same.
Because the higher rate is only paid on £9K you might find it worthwhile to top-up your ISA with Kent Reliance before the transfer, that way all your money will get the KR rate till it arrives at Lloyds rather than having £3600 sitting in Lloyds at a lower interest rate till the transfer arrives.
Website says the Lloyds offer is available till 31/5 but there are rumours it could end sooner.0
