A little help maybe...

Hi All..

That wonderful time of ISA's is upon us all again, and this year i am
confusedand wuld appericate a little help

i have £6000 spread over 2 ISA's and i want to open a new one with Barclays for 08/09 as this year it seems to have the best rate, however it wont let me transfer in old ISA's. so can someone tell me if i can open this Barclays ISA and also trnasfer the £6000 into a differnt ISA and if so which would be the best one??


please forgive me if this has already been mentioned somewhere.
