Looks promising! Still no customer reference number for me to check it out online though, which bugs me a little. Wonder when it will arrive?

For anyone who has ordered this...

I rang Empire today and was told that my order is still ok and will go through but as the cabinet is being delivered through one of their 'agencies' it may not arrive till the end of September! So...looks as if we are in for a bit of a wait!

I am so disappointed. Ordered one on website, got confirmation email on 23rd. Had another look at website and phoned to order more items. Offered to pay and was told no it will go onto account. Even better I thought as I normally pay with debit card.

Phoned tonight and was told order was cancelled as i am a cash customer. Customer services apoloigised. Got nowhere except how sorry they are and would I like to open another account.

I asked why in over a week they did not send an email or letter. Finally they said a letter was sent on 25/8 but that it would take up to 10 days to get here.

I received my cabinet yesterday. It is huge and comes fully erected. I have not had a look as yet as it is for my brother and he is coming today to collect it!!

Got a phonecall from the warehouse this morning, it is being delivered tomorrow!! Wooo hooo!

Got it this morning!! Looks fantastic, but I think they used a whole rain forests worth of trees to make all the cardboard they wrapped it in!! Lol, took me almost an hour just to unwrap it! I now have an impressive mountain of cardboard waiting to go to the tip!

Really impressed with the cabinet, looks great in my living room. Whoever else is waiting, I think you will be very pleased...oh, and it is not a flat pack, came fully assembled!
