I have just rang them and they say they have my order, but because I am a new customer it will take a little longer! They told me to ring back on Monday.0

Ok - my wife & i are absolutley livid.
After reading some of these posts last night about lost orders we though we'd confirm that it would get delivered today AS PER THE ONLINE ORDER.
First person said there were no details on their system but 'to wait for the delivery today'
called through again and spoke to someone else who said: order was 'lost'.......tried to order again but sold out & could not explain why we had recieved a an "ORDER CONFIRMATION". To me its quite obvious an order confirmation is an acceptance of the Contract of Sale.
called through one final time - to be fair the lady was more helpful this time..........tried to look into it but could not resolve the issue, agreed that something was not right. She has taken our details and says the person responsible for website sales will call us back..........
We're not holding out much hope that someone will even bother calling us back.....I am VERY VERY angry at this moment in time_______________________________
