:grouphug: Aww Snags - poor Natasha & Ryan, bless him. What an ordeal for you & Stu too but sounds like she's is on the mend already. Glad work is going well and the work creche sounds good too. Take care XXNothing is so fatiguing as the eternal hanging on of an uncompleted task. William James0

            aaaaaawwwwwwwwww, poor Natasha and Ryan.
Tell him a story from me - when I was 6, I went into the kitchen and opened the top cupboard for a packet of bourbon biscuits. I left the cupboard door open and it had a metal runner on the edge. My Dad walked into it and cut his head open really badly.
Anyway, he had to have stitches and he's fine now
So you can tell Ryan that these kind of things happen and my Dad wasn't cross with me.
I remember being terrified at the amount of blood - thank goodness it seemed for terry nappies my brother would have been in !

Aww bless she looks lovely - even with her very trendy caste! Thank goodness you went back to the hospital! When ds2 was 3 he "helped" his little bro, ds3 (on his 2nd bday!) off the dressing table (don't ask) and dislocated his elbow, so accidents definately will and do happen!!I stopped smoking 25th June 2007STILL Never complacent but confidentMy debt is GOING DOWN!!!!0

Or you could tell him about the time my brother split my lip open after throwing a coke of coke at me...
Dont think he expected it to hit me tho'
I had to have stitches and couldnt eat my Xmas dinner because of it!:heartpulsOnce a Flylady, always a Flylady:heartpuls0 -
Lol Jinky....well, I suppose at least if they are dropped by a nurse, she will be able to check for injuries!
Thanks Ellidee, hope you're okay - I have't seen you online much recently (although that might just be because I haven't been here much either)."I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -

awww poor tash! and Ryan, i suppose if you think how guilty we can feel about things, it is understandable that Ryan feels it too, and cannot rationalise the guilt away.
You'll just have to give him lots of big brother duties to reinforce that you trust him again.
Loving the stookie!!! dinosaurs are cute!I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....(it's part of my charm!)0 -
            Keren....OUCH!! That sounds sooo painful!
And IDA, poor DS3! How on earth do people ever make it to adulthood?! :rotfl:
Jinky - you had to miss Xmas dinner?? I would never have forgiven him!! :rotfl: :rotfl:
Natasha has been asleep for the last hour or so, I think it's all been a bit much for her. So in the meantime I thought I would log onto internet banking to see what's going on, and it seems that even though we have told the tax credits people that our circumstances have changed, they have sent us £253 regardless. I'm sure we wont be entitled to it, but afaik they will reduce our payments down for the rest of the year to compensate...so we will probably get nothing for the next 6 months
Oh well, I have paid £200 off the loan with it (have put the rest into the bills account to cover this months childcare)! I can redraw it if I need to, but I thought by paying it into the loan account, I would be less likely to touch it. So that reduces the loan to £4699.51!

Stalk away Ellidee hun! I don't mind - as long as you're okay.

Maz, it's so fab. I bet Ryan will be really jealous because he loves dinosaurs. He really helped me this morning, and I left him sitting with her while I went to get her clothes, so he would know I still trust him.
I think I've just blown the microwave up...it hasn't been working properly for a while, but it just made a loud 'POP' so I think it's time to get a new one! Lidl are advertising one this week so I might go and look at that. There's always something...."I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -
You can also tell Ryan about the time when I was 2 and (apparently) went over and tickled my Dad's feet whilst he was asleep in the arm chair. My Dad has unbelievably ticklish feet and in his sleep kicked straight out.
Apparently I nearly went through the TV..........
And I'm ok now!!!!
 :rotfl:
(oh, and there's the time when - also at 2- my Mum put rat poison down as she found a mouse in the box of porridge and somehow I found it. It was all around my mouth when my Mum walked into the kitchen)
And I'm ok now!!!!!!!:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:
