If i stay with Pipex what deal can I get?

I was a happy pipex customer for years, then the customer service declined, connection got slower. So I decided to move, to 02 as it happens. Requested MAC code, no sign of it arriving so after 7 days I phoned and the bloke gave me it over the phone.

I am now paying less than half I was for a reliable unlimited service.
