You should note that this deal extends only to ten single page black and white letters, no double pagers or colour documents allowed. Still a great deal though!

hi there autumnleaf, can you contact support (email support@sureprint.co.uk) with some information on the problem and a few screen shots?

our driver acts like any other printer on your pc and so the theory is any program that can print can work with PDQit. the tricky bit is then getting the address in the right place so it appears in the red box, this red box indicates where the window is on the envelope and the address has to be in the red box so the post man knows where to send the letter.

so if your having issues with saving the format then we'd appreciate some feedback and screen shots so we can see what's happening for you. to make a screen shot just press print screen on your keyboard (top right of the keyboard) then paste the image into a paint package, a word document (or open office equivalent) or into an email.

thanks for letting us know about this issue,

    alex
  • good news all, your free clicks have been extended to the end of may! anyone signing up before the end of the month will get 10 free clicks to spend before the end of may. anyone signing up in may will get one free click to test the system with.

as RichyRich pointed out a free click is a black and white single page (one printed side only) for use with the downloadable driver.

i hope you all enjoy using the driver and if you have any issues just send an email in to support@sureprint.co.uk
