Hugs I-A. Everybody has times when they aren't the life & soul of the party for a while.....I know I often forget that & expect the regulars like you to be really upbeat & chirpy on DFW.
Go & hug the girls, put a fitness DVD on & try not to laugh too much at Ash & K joining in with you I remember you said the other day that you feel great when you've been running or exercising - it may give you a bit of a boost to keep you going until Ste gets home later & he can give you a big lovey hug.
