I thought outlines always too longer than colour and filling they have to be a lot more precise than when 'colouring in' and get more ink and so on...

My biggest tattoo's are probably 2x3 inches and took at least 30 minutes each.

oh i hope it works out okay for you, no doubt it will look good in the end, but if that's an hours work, then i think you're on for more than 2=3 hours work for a back piece like that.

the tattooing itself only took 45 as the first 15 mins was spent sorting out the design and marking it onto my back. Colour doesn't take long so another 2 sittings will do it easily, if not less. The only reason there's nothing on my arm was that she gave me some ideas with how to make it look more feminine and make it look better which I've got to think about before next sitting. She did say that it wouldn't look like much was done but what she HAS done is lay down the important foundations for it so that she knows exactly what she's doing and where for next time so it's quicker.
