    havent reallly got time to go into the bank so if i write a cheque can i get someone else to pay it in for me , using the isa account number and sort code ?does this seem ok

    I can't see any reason why someone else can't pay in a cheque for you, if you've got all the details they need. Make sure they get a receipt for your records.
