No, hence the point of a contract.0

I'm not so sure.
I'm pretty sure that if you die then you won't have to pay the rest, alternatively if you are declared insane then again you can get out of the contract.
How are you feeling right now?
Any mental health problems?0 -
only way to get out is if your company breaks there end of the agreement, which they rarely do. You could try to get a lower tarriff...

It doesn't require any extra effort to type the letter S instead of Z
There isn't a 160 character limit on forum posts - so no need for text speak

You would need to prove that you were insane when you made the contract (MH 'service users' still need phones!).
If you die the contract provider could make a claim against your estate for the remainder of your contract.Gone ... or have I?0 -

Well alot of mobile companys have breached contracts recently( Virgin, Orange) by changing call prices / plans,
Was just an enquiry incase anyone has heard anything
So um thanx andy i guessBetter to understand a little than to misunderstand a lot.0 -
By putting up the price they haven't breach the contract they've altered them which they are entitled to do, but you are also entitled to use that change as a way of getting out of the contract if you act quickly.
(I can't believe I'm even considering helping you given your infuriating and unnecessary use of the letter z!)0 -
I've moved this over to the Mobiles Board

Hi, Martin’s asked me to post this in these circumstances: I’ve asked Board Guides to move threads if they’ll receive a better response elsewhere(please see this rule) so this post/thread has been moved to another board, where it should get more replies. If you have any questions about this policy please email abuse@moneysavingexpert.com.0 -
