I want 2 transfer my mobile number to new a new mobile!

    make sure your number has been transfered over to the new network before you cancel your old contract!

    Similar problem for me - my mate has given me his old Vodafone contract phone (model no. V525), and I'd like to know how to unlock it and use the sim from my Virgin PAYG Nokia 3310 in it? Can this be done on-line for free, and do I have to go see the guy at the local indoor market??

    Thanks in advance for any/all help.

    There will be software available for use over a data cable but it will likely to be on ebay... Just search for V525 Unlock software... if not then you will have to take it to some local phone dealer i'm afraid :)

    Once unlocked you should be able to use the sim in it fine!
