Need to brainstorm

  • :T Good. At least you have thought this through properly. Hope it all goes well.

On the school front, can i just say that my DD was sent (against my wishes) to the 'worst' secondary school in the area.
We had a look round the school, spoke to other pupils teachers and parents and did a bit of research.
The parents, teachers and pupils loved the place and the new headteacher was a strong leader and very forward thinking. There were rumours of it being changed to a church school too.
She went there and loved it, and she totally thrived there. I would happily send any more of my kids there (if i'd had any:rolleyes: ) and she has said she'd quite happily go there again if she had too.
It became a c of e school soon after DD started there and soon became one of the most over suscribed schools around.

Anyway, don't dismiss a school due to a poor Ofsted.
The first time we said hello, was the first time we said goodbye. As the angels took your tiny hand and flew you to the sky-you forever left us breathless. RIP my beautiful granddaughter :(

    hi again Tiger
it sounds like the new place although not perfect is screaming for you to move move move!
cheaper electric, no damp so much healthier, no overhead nonsense, end of terrace (as i am) so only one direct a joining wall with a neighbor.
even if its a pawn in the get the right house for you . I'm sure your level of stress once you get there will return to a healthy level, which is really important to everyone involved.
it sounds like its just the school thing holding you back, and the garden. but hey you could put lots of pots out too.
take 5 quite mins (put tv on for kiddies)
    close your eyes
see your self in both houses
where do you feel/look most happiest??
which image do you feel most relaxed with?
image where you see your self in a year.
    love and light
    lou
