I can't make calls with bennyong's settings either. Has anyone got Xlite working with voipbuster?
Before you buy Google Nest or British Gas Hive check out ESPproMon the Android and iOS Smartphone app that helps you build the same system from just £30.

    I'm slightly confused here.
So basically via this, you can call other computers for free?
If so, what are the charges for other people calling YOUR OWN computer?
And what are the charges for YOU calling other landlines?
    Thanks

Well with VoIP Buster you can call any landline for a one off fee of 70p for unlimited calls to all of these countries:

    Australia
    Austria
    Belgium
    Canada
    Czech Republic
    Denmark
    Finland
    France
    Germany
    Greece
    Hungary
    Ireland
    Luxembourg
    Netherlands
    Norway
    Portugal
    Spain
    Sweden
    Switzerland
    United Kingdom
    United States

As long as you only call regular phones then it wont be a problem. It sounds too good to be true, but it really is good. I just paid 70p by paypal and it works a treat :D

The only think i want to do though is get my local phone number 01394xxxxxx to work so it calls my pc, but i can also make calls from VoIP Buster.

You can call other computers for free as well, as long as your VoIP service provider allows you to call other companies through special dial codes, or each other on the same company.

Charges to call your own pc are as of your landline provider, they are the same as what you would be calling your neighbour etc.

For you calling other landlines (after you have €1 in your account) free :D

    Thanks for this.
I downloaded VOIPBuster and went to the "New User" tab when I opened the program. I inserted a username/password/email and clicked OK and it came up with a dialog box saying:
    "Registration Error"
For an unkown reason your registration cannot be completed.

    Try again maybe?

What about your firewall? Are you allowing the program internet access?
