You could get an ATA to connect to your router and then you can use a normal cordless phone

Thanks for that but i haven't got a normal phone,so i would need to buy a ATA and a phone:

The Linksys CIT200 is under £30 at ebuyer using google checkout makes it around £20

Just need to know if it works with sipgate:confused: money is well tight at the moment so i need to get it right

  • With a good IP PBX you can easily handle your calls even on a computer.
I read a page where it is all written down: ozekiphone.com/pc-to-phone-calls-explained-380.html
Besides the article you can watch a video and shown how it is connected to Ozeki Phone System XE.

You should not be paying high per minute rates to make domestic and international phone calls. By doing a small amount of research on the internet, using your cell phone services nights and weekends, it appears you can make all your calls for free.
