Everybody knows that when biscuits get broken, all the calories spill out, so broken biscuits contain virtually no calories.Grocery challenge june £300/ £211-50.

Its kind of the same principal ,as having a taste of each kids plate, prior to putting it down in front of them.Or not having your tea then demolishing a buffet at a Do(not that I would ever do that.);) :rotfl:

£1 used to be able to buy you 20 Caramac bars. I've got 5p which that I had 5p, what can you buy for 5p.? My house used to be bedsits and we have a meter for our washing machine and dryer. Novelty now worn off (4yrs later), can't afford to take it out, so the same £1 has to go in several times, to have enough electric to use machine and dryer. So I guess with £1 I can do my washing and drying.:rotfl:Grocery challenge june £300/ £211-50.

they put me on the chocolate line too----cant eat chocolate either
I worked for Cadbury's, many years ago, and they, too, had a policy of 'eat as much as you like'. It took me about a month to realise that freshly made chocolate has very strong 'laxative' qualities   .
Apparently, chocolate needs to be kept for several months before it is sold.
Still didn't 'cure' me of my chocolate 'habit' - I am even more addicted to the dammed stuff now. :EasterBunI am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. I have made MANY mistakes and have OFTEN been the unwitting victim of the the shamefull tactics of the Financial Industry.
If any of my experiences, or the knowledge that I have gained from those experiences, can help anyone who finds themselves in similar circumstances, then my experiences have not been in vain.

I'd buy chocolate as sadly the days of 99p bottles of wine are long gone!0

Leo....I worked at Cadburys packing Easter eggs. I stuffed my face senseless and vowed every night that I would never touch another bite.
Alas, the next evening I was there stuffing again! It was a good thing that I was layed off otherwise I would be the size of a house by now!!:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

You can still buy Space Raiders in our local shop for 10p.
:T
They say 15p on the packet, but they sell them cheaper - they're always quite close to the sell by date, so maybe that's why.
They also sell certain flavours of Pringles for 48p, so maybe I could just buy two of those....lol"I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -
