liliflower, like nicolefury said marks are fantastic to their staff...do not know if they still do it, but when I was a teen I got a little job and got better discount than my friend who worked in Boots-even hair cuts! Staff canteen fantastic and cheap and good discounts. Also if you can only do 6 or 8 hrs they accomodate you etc.

The new saturday girl on her third week looked really shattered last week, I asked if she was ok as the poor thing looked as if she was going to collapse. It was six o clock and she said she had to go in at 7 that morning, I was like 'wow your maxing the hrs lol' she then said she was not really given a choice as she was told and not asked as they were short staffed and one of the full time SA's told her they were always short staffed. I said oh well they should put recruitment posters up etc and she said the full time SA had told her that they always worked to minimum staffing hrs as then the manager got a bigger bonus, so if there was sickness the staff were basically told, not asked to cover.

Sorry to waffle, just saying that I think M&S for xample, treat their staff alot better. Plus I think they sour faced SA's would say no to some of the glitches for staff etc?

I have alot of teenage relatives and the best job one of them works for is waitrose, they treat all staff equal, great pay, overtime at decent rates, AMAZING discount, plus you get put into the profit share scheme...my cousin who is 17 just got a £900 payment from that and he only does weekends!

    Sorry to waffle folks!

Some of the offers in the shop are the same as .com but others are different. Just depends on the offer. Was there something particular you were looking at.

Edited - The small TB Cosmetic bag is now going through at £1.88 around Edinburgh not at Princess Street though where it is still £7.50

Wow, about 10 pages since i posted yesterday :o
Yups i was looking at shampoo, i got some though, got to the checkout and the SA said they where on bogof :T

    Hi

I bought the foundation and the concealer and bought the lift & curve mascara. None of it went through on 3 for 2. Not sure if its because the mascara @ £10 was cheaper than concealer. I got another mascara has DD loves this and she'd lost hers and it was the end of the world has we know it lol. I used my PC voucher and £18 I was still pleased although not the best bargain.

Hmmm...you would think it would after few combos heard on here, maybe needs to work with something over £12. Mybe with foundation, concealer, day cream combo 3 for 2 would kick in and then can still use £5 pc, 500 mailing? I just wanted best deal as mum will use anything!

Today I got foundation & concealer and got fabulous firm bodycream @£12.50. Concealer free obv then took £12.00 off bodycream so paid £13.25 for foundation and for some reason 50p towards bodycream. Still a bargain though.

I got the 2 bourjois mascaras for £10 - £2 too - although they don't really volumise the lashes incredibly well.
