I think you're either a wind up merchant, or delusional but will leave it there I think.

Sorry, what comment? He pointed out the difference between a sales environment and a fraudulent practise. Your estate agents are filth, not to be emulated. There is nothing to be proud of in fraudulent activity. One of the great failings of the UK over the last 20 years is the number of people who believe that any lie and fraud is fine if you can get away with it. Then we wounder why society is breaking down.

Glad its not just me - and totally agree. I am quite suprised if it really has become so bad that being law abiding is bandied about as an insult.

So now weve got Fraud and Computer Misuse.

unless the OP is paying Tax and NI on the money her mum is paying her we can probably throw in Tax Evasion as well.

What do you reckon guys... 18 months, out in 9?

Plus they'll sieze the house under the proceeds of Crime act.

And her mum will get, at a guess, 12 months suspended for 6 months for aiding and abbetting and will be banned from running a company for a few years.
Bankruptcy isn't the worst that can happen to you. The worst that can happen is your forced to live the rest of your life in abject poverty trying to repay the debts.

    There are some interesting posts.
I dont know much about this, however if you're interested in the possible law enforecement and what a court might say....

My friend was caught a few weeks back driving
    1) Uninsured
    2)Without a driving licence
    3) Drink driving
    4) Speeding.

    His sentence?

A 16 month ban (reduced to 12 if he does a course) and a £550 fine.

Since he's been driving with no insurance for 4 years and his annual premium would be over £1000 for a young bloke, £550 is nothing when he's saved over £4000 in insurance costs.

Although I am absolutely enraged by what he's done and I have drummed it inot him about how he's lucky he didn;t kill some poor girl walking back frmo a ight out, or someone walking their dog..... I fully understand why some people have no insurance given the cost of premiums and the penalty for not having it.

Generally speaking, I agree with you, but there is legal, and moral. I dont have a problem with legal/illegal ( as long as I dont get caught) what I have a problem with is immoral.

Your understanding of "moral" seems rather poor, I think your mother's example is to blame. That's assuming that you're not a troll.
    still a student with a fake self-certp
I prefer the term "self lie".

Im guessing you're a good little law abiding citizen without a pot to piddle it, paying your taxes for Mr Speakers wifes taxi bills and resenting anyone who breaks the mould and does well for themselves?

Remember: crime pays, but that doesn't make it clever.

You seem rather attracted to the value of back handers too.
    Happy chappy

lol... I was starting to think maybe her account had been hacked, but checking out some of her many other posts just on MSE suggests not, unfortunately. Guess it takes all sorts. I would actually find it all quite amusing if others were not being genuinely upset by her. I'd post links, but there are so many...
