  • Meep! Left my meal plan on the computer at work so will have to try and remember what I've planned :D

    Sunday: Roasted pepper and courgette tortilla, salad
    Monday: Cowboy pie, sweetcorn
    Tuesday: Greek salad frittata, crusty bread, salad
    Wednesday: Chilli bean and red pepper soup
    Thursday: Ummm...*ponders*

    P.s Queenpig could u give me the recipe for your mince and cheesy herb dumplings they sound lovely or if anyone else knows how to make them thanks Ash x

    Yes no probs, but it isnt really that fab lol. all I do (out of guess work)depending how many your making one or two table spoons of dried mixed herbs and a good bit of grated cheese (could also add a good dash of pepper) mix this in with the dumbling mix before adding your water and spoon into your pot as you normaly would. Hope that helps

    i've just read through the past pages for future ideas, 24 meals put on a list, thanks everyone!!!........but i'm surprised no one's had fish fingers!!!

    Has anyone listed next weeks plan?
