Hello everyone, just making a start on mine so I can work on finishing it today.
Friday - Chicken stri fry
Saturday - Sausages
Sunday - Spag bol (forgot to get the meat out)
Monday - Cheese stuffed chicken with BBQ sauce

mine will be changing soon, had the chicken etc tonight but OH & both kids decided to eat their bodyweight of pots and veg so no LO veg for bubble & squeak.
think it will be chicken egg fried rice tomorrow and freezer/leftovers monday.
hope yore all having a good weekend- prior planning prevents poor performance!

Monday: shepherd's pie using leftover lamb from Saturday, carrots & cauliflower
Tuesday: chicken fried rice (if there is leftover chicken), freezer safari if there isn't [I've got a pizza in there, and some gnocchi, and various other bits and pieces]
Wednesday: grilled bacon steaks, pineapple (yes, I did go for the bogof at sainsburys), broad beans, mashed potato
Thursday: spaghetti bolognese

Well, at last I have a plan. GOing shopping shortly, so I should have the stuff in to do it all!
Not sure about the days yet.- Curried nut loaf with mushroom balti ... etc?
- Fish Cakes or Fish Pie, veg. HM tartare sauce
- Burgers (Veggie or otherwise) trimmings, Potato wedges
- Jacket potatoes (preferred toppings are coleslaw, grated cheese, baked beans, I like tuna and corn.)
- Lamb/chorizo casserole leftover thingy (F), needs more beans. DD??dunno
- Egg, beans and toast
- Lentil lasagne (F) Salad

some great plans in there everyone - I have messed mine up for today - forgot to get the beef out of the freezer DOH! so we are having cottage pie instead! at least thats another meal worked out for later this week so now I think we are something like this:
Sun: Cottage Pie
Mon: Roast
Tues: Tuna Salad (as requested by fussy Husband!!!)
Wed: Casserole/stew/slocooker something or other

Hi everyone, our first attempt at meal planning this week and hoping it goes well. We've worked out our shopping list and Tescos are delivering it on Monday.
Monday - double salmon sauce, pasta and broccoli
Tuesday - [strike]cowboy chicken and rice[/strike] fish and chips (arrived home late from work)
Wednesday - corned beef hash browns and baked beans
Thursday - cauliflower cheese, crusty bread and salad
Friday - toad in the hole, baked potatoes and carrots
Saturday - lunch out

Fri - Chicken with pesto crust/baby new pots/cauliflower and broccolli
Sat - Pizza Hut courtesy of my Mum

Sun - Chinese Style turkey steaks/pots/sweetcorn
Mon - Salmon with low fat cream cheese and chives/ patatas bravas/green beans
Tues - Chicken piri piri with pitta breads and salad
Wed - Mum's
