Help with Natwest...

I still haven't had any joy with Natwest and reclaiming my charges...
Has anyone had any luck with them recently?
Many thanks,

Was it financial hardship and did they decline your hardship case?I still haven't had any joy with Natwest and reclaiming my charges...

Excuse my ignorance but what are you talking about?
I sent the letter with my bank slips with all the charges highlighted etc. Then I received a letter telling me that nothing would be done until the OFT case had come to a conclusion.....
I've had to raise my OD to over £2,000 now just because I keep getting charged silly amounts each month. They even had the cheek to freeze my account in which time I was charged for DD not being paid (the banks fault for freezing my account)!
I'm so close to just closing my account and refusing to pay off my OD...
I'm stuck in a rut now, living in my OD is not fun whatsoever!
Thanks,
Ryan0 -
Does your charge claim outweigh your overdraft ? Then the overdraft is in dispute and you can fight against any enforcement action. I would tell them in advance and get them to pass the account to collections and make it clear its in dispute and on hold pending the outcome of the test case. Just be upfront with them.
If so, then yep start over at a new bank, don';t get a new overdraft and get out the charge circle.LegalBeagles0
