Help with Natwest...

Hey guys and gals!

First post here and just in need of some help.

I've just received my last 6 years of bank statements from Natwest, they owe me just over £2,000 w/interest.

Now I've filled in the 'example letter' which I found very helpful but my main problem is that I don't know where to send the thing!

I found this address:

NATIONAL WESTMINSTER BANK PLC
135 BISHOPSGATE
LONDON
EC2M 3UR

I'm not sure if I need to send it to the above address or just to my local Natwest?

Any help is much appreciated and I will endeavor to keep this thread updated with my progress with Natwest...

Many thanks,

Ryan

    You're a star! Many thanks...

Shall be sent recorded first thing tomorrow!
  • Orford, for your information, the bottom address is the best one for letters to NatWest Bank specifically.

EDIT: I thought my initial post did seem to be a little bit blunt when I read it back. No offence intended to you Orford
I have not worked for NatWest Bank since February 2009
