Well, I still haven't heard anything back from Natwest.... What shall I do now? They're still charging me £35 a month for nothing?! Anyone recently reclaimed there charges from Natwest that can help me?

    Much appreciated,

    Ryan
Did you receive any response whatsoever? Which address did you write to? Furthermore, do you think you fall into the category of hardship

  • Yes I do feel that I fall into that bracket... Can you help me out then?

I received one letter in April saying that they were waiting for the OFT case to be concluded before processing any applications... I've heard nothing since.

    Many thanks,

what exactly is the £35 for each month?
  • It just comes up as charges, I haven't gone over my overdraft in months, but it still shows next to the £12.50 charge for having a Natwest Gold account...

Are you aware that the £12.95 charge for the NatWest Advantage Gold account is NON CLAIMABLE. If you are in hardship, convert that account back to a current plus account.

Yes I know it's non claimable, I haven't put in a claim for it.

Can anyone help me out? I'm living in my maxed out overdraft and am really finding times hard at the moment.

    Regards,

Ryan, where did you send the letters to? Have you still got an advantage gold and if you are in hardship, why(the adgd not been converted to a current plus)? Where was the letter sent to? Was it sent recorded/standard delivery?
I would love to help but difficulty is knowing what stage you are at. Did you send one or two letters?

    The letter was sent to:

    Customer Service Response Unit
    The Cornerstone
    60 South Gyle Crescent
    Edinburgh
    EH12 9WF

I sent it first class recorded.

I've not changed my account since I save money using the perks of the Advantage Gold account.

I have only sent one letter, the initial claim letter copied from this website.

  • Try this

point number 7 and maybe that might be the way to go to see if they have even received your claim.
