    slightly off topic, does anyone agree that the online halifax cc viewing facility is pants? No facility to see your transactions or anything like that!
    It is there, somewhere, but the problem I've had with Halifax is general to the site: It loads up the first page and then virtually halts [blank screen]. I have have to click STOP and REFRESH to get the pages to load. I can't account for this [obviously, as other banks' sites are working normally, it isn't my PC or browser]

    I've had the same probs with halifax. I think it's due to their website, nothing to do with us. From memory i think on the halifax website it does state "click here" if your accounts dont show?

    I have complained to nationwide numerous times about this and from what i hav been told;

    a new format was rolled out in july, anyone with a credit at the time has not been able to see thier details since. They dont know how to fix it. When asked why they wont revert back so we can see our account, i was told 'obviously they arent too bothered about you not seeing it'.

    I have complained numerous times. Once I was told to spend the balance, so I spent £450, feel scammed now, as i still cannot see it.

    I have spent £15 on phonecalls trying to get it sorted. I registered numerous complaints, all I have to show for it is this letter

    Take note of the 'we dont know what the problem is, we dont know how ti fix it'. the complaint was logged the previous working day at 7pm so clearly investigating isnt high on their list.

    I called that number and was out thru to internet banking after 50 mins!!! They said 'we know theres a problem, and yes it may take another few months.'

    Obviously internet banking is for brand new customers only.

    Anyone with the same problem pls contact working.lunch@bbc.co.uk as the more emails they get the more they are gonna investigate.

    Also, complain to this lot

    I can confirm my NWide CC accounts no longer in credit and I can see my statement again. What a great system they have!

    I've closed the card. They would not reduce the card limit as the minimum was £3000 for a Gold card. I could have got a lesser card with out 0% interest benefits and a limit of £1000. I still can if i need to.

    Same here. I agree, great system, absolute genius!!

    Having said that, if fixing it means they start charging me 2.75% on my purchases abroad then I think I'll have to learn to live with it.....
