Morning all! How's everyone doing today! The sun's disappeared only to be replaced by grey skies.. but tonight I need to do SOME form of exercise so if the weathers good I may go running over the chase again or maybe do a class at the gym if I can get my running partner to come with me... :rotfl:

No plans for today except exercise and food shopping this evening.. fun huh? lol

    Hiya peeps,

Really sick at the moment as the bl00dy cat has pee'd on the carpet again!! She is 16 but its really starting to get to me as the carpet in question goes though the whole of the downstairs so replacing it is out of the question.

Have cleaned it up the best I can and sprinkled on some bicarb, hope that works cant stand the thought of my house smelling of cat pee.

Any suggestions? Her litter tray is clean so I don't know why she is doing it?

    Ahhhhhgg!

Lenny, get some work done mate! How's the shed doing, made any progress?
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

It could be a urinary tract infection. Older cats are very prone to it so I would take her to the vets to get her checked out.

    Good morning all,

I'm also off work today, we are not a healthy bunch are we?! Had jaw surgery last week and things are healing well.

I'm taking it easy today, no plans and no spending!

Have a great day all, Lorna
Thanks for the advice Martin! :money:

I had her checked a few months ago, shes been doing it for ages now but I somehow manage to keep an eye on where she is and make sure she is not left alone in the pee corner room:rotfl: cats are crafty tho and sometimes she sneaks in and hides!

She had a full check up as the vet was convinced that she had an infection and her liver function was failing...but all tests came back clear £112's worth of them:eek: . she put it down to old age and confusion:rotfl:

Just wondered if there was a really good way to get rid of the smell out of the carpet as no matter what I put on it she still goes back to the same spot.

Good news about ste's bonus Sar xx
