The 30 days limit is not the problem for the majority of people though. I have been with E2Save before and not had problems .... this time the problems already experienced are : contradictory information about cashback method in 3 different communications during the order/delivery process, contradictory information from E2Save staff regarding the same, no answer to email query about contradictory T&Cs, over 30 minutes wait to get the phone answered and automatic cashback not paid as per T&Cs.
I did get my Quidco though!!
It's all part of the fun. They won't get away with it if we play the game right.0 -
If you log into e2save's website by clicking on Your Account and entering the Order ID and email address, you can then click the Cashback tab to see a summary of the months you should claim your cashback in.
Does anyone know of an email address or fax number that they respond to?

Help! Does anyone have a saved copy of the electronic PRE JAN 2008 E2save cashback voucher saved that they could email me (the ones with the crewe address on them)? I received the first bill I am required to send in to claim my first stage of cashback yesterday (pricematch Ts&Cs), so logged onto my e2save account to download the cashback vouchers last night, and as mentioned in other threads, e2save have now removed all information relating to cashback. All it says when you click on it now is "there is no information for this order" whereas before there were full details of the exact dates of claims, and a link to download the cashback voucher. This has obviously been done deliberately to try and disrupt the cashback process and put people off pursuing their claims. I'm really annoyed as I saved a copy of the T's & C's the day I ordered the 2 phones, but didn't download the cashback vouchers there and then as I assumed they would always be available. The downloadable one currently on the e2save website are identical to the ones that were in force when I ordered my phones, except that there is now the Loughborough address. I wonder if I printed that off and then sent my claim to crewe as per my T's and C's if my claim would be rejected? Any ideas? This is my 3rd cashback deal from e2save. Never any probs in the past, but looking around the forums it seems e2save have now jumped on the bandwagon of making things as unpleasant as possible when it comes to claiming cashback. Have tried the geographical number for their cashback team all afternoon today, and it has been constantly engaged. Thanks for any help you can give me.0

Pity up didn't keep up to date. It's been almost a year since the IIC arrived and all these problems started. Must be an A.S.S...u...me...0
