phone the police immediatley my sister had this same problem the she moved house and the new person who moved into her house placed an order even tho she had advised them of her change of address. Anyway the police got involved and dealt with it for her so you need to call the police straight away they will liase with additions direct be sure to get names and phone numbers and note them down everytime you speak to people.0

Problem is we havn't even moved house so they have somehow got my account number and password then changed the delivery address to their own. I have spoken to additions and barr one more phone call i have to make in the morning it should be sorted. I have this idiots address (on the email confirmation) so will report it to the police tomorrow. They only placed it at luchtime today so i managed to cancel it before anything else happened, very worrying and have checked and changed all other possible accounts. I dread to think about that bill coming through if i hadn't checked my emails this evening, thanks for the advice and as for not having these accounts i will now be canceling them all!0

ok don't change your password on anything email address or the account and just let them do it again. Also would this have happened if you didn't have a credit account and paid by card? Ooooh maybe not0

Maybe OP should burn her computer and all her credit cards, etc, and keep her money under her bed?Toyota - 'Always a better way', avoid buying Toyota.0 -
Just a quick suggestion but could they have possibly got an old statement/delivery note etc out of your dustbin? Happened to a friend of mine, now she shreds everything before it goes in the bin !:jWeight loss to date 1st 11.5lb :j0

Yes possibly its not the sort of thing i would shred as its a credit account ie no card no's etc and i thought anything would be delivered to my address, they live nowhere near me 60miles away so don't think i'll pop round!0 -
i would leave it to the police and additions its fraud and identity theft they will deal with it.
Unfortunatley for my sister the person had ordered over 500 worth the police apparenlty went round and reclaimed it then a criminal case was brought against he women.0
