Free £25 Grand National bet

Hi,
I've just done it through Quidco, had to log out and back in to betfair to place my bet. Checked Quidco, £30 tracked and £25 in my betfair wallet. Bet on 5 horses (fingers crossed now).

Can I just ask a question though? I thought the £25 stake was refunded no matter what, so why are people thinking they're going to be £25 down?

Because they don't trust betfair?
you should get £30 from quidco + £20 if you use a refer and earn code plus - so thats £50 profit and then a refund on your bet.

Anyway, Froggy_girl, you were right, I called betfair and they were great, thanks.

Basically, don't transfer the money from bank to bank, it isn't stated on the printable page but it takes 2-5 days, obviously not going to get there in time for the free Grand National bet.

I have been told to place another £25 in my account by card, as it gets there quicker, and they are going to send my original £25 straight back to me when it arrives with them.

can i bet on numerous horses or do i have to put the £25 on one horse

I have gone through quidco registered an account with betfair and deposited £25.00, the £25.00 is showing as cleared. I am now having problems with the bet everytime I click on to place bet it freezes im having to ctrl+alt+del as the comp freezes up is anyone else having this problem ive tried 4 times now

has any one here opened up more than one account. i have a credit card registered at work. could i use that to set up a new address.

what about someone else living in my house ie my girlfriend - could she open up an account with her credit card using the same address as mine

I have done everything so far right and will leave actually betting until sat morn but when i click to back a horse (blue boxes) it's letting me pick my own odds? and then stake what should i put in the odd box? should i leave it as is or am i doing something wrong? i only want to put on basic bets for that horse to win.

Dont worry just watched the tutorial i like this!

Can anyone tell me if i leave placing bets until sat morn are the odds likley to be lower than what they are coming up with right now? and is there a chance that the market could be suspended just before the race? don't want to miss out on the bets but also don't want to doit too early, thanks

Has anyone else had this - I have attempted to take advantage of the £25 bet offer,but when I put £25.40(paying by visa) into the deposit box,the next page says "you have agreed to deposit £51.84 by visa"
I had also used the code that Martin gave us.
can anyone please explain,I took cols feet & my page expired!!
