"Would I be right in thinking my winnings should be (£5*10.51)+(£5*2.78)+£10 (my original stake) = 76.45? My statement actualy shows £56.43 (and commission is shown separately. Am I missing something?"

Your winnings from those bets are spot on, give or take 2p. Your winnings are 5*9.51 and 5 *1.78. (The price includes your stake).

The balance of your account should be:

    The above winnings +
Your stake on the winning bets (as you didn't lose it) -
The stake on your losing bets -
5% commission on your net profit +
    Your £25 freebie.

Does that make sense/tally with your balance?

£25 looks too low - what stake and odds did you bet at? edits - and was it to be placed or win?
£2.50 to win, actually £28.19 winnings, but just rounded down. Got dead excited as we all won, so excuse the less than accurate accounts
And to top it all I sold an old book for £15 that's been on Amazon for months!

    Hi all

Just wondering if anyone can help me? I signed up to Betfair through Quidco and have not received my £25 bet back - has this happened to anyone else or if not, how long do they usually take to put the £25 back into your account as it says on Martin's first post that it should go in straight after the race. (I signed up this morning by the way).

    Thanks in advance.

    Jo

I signed up last night through quidco and havent had that tracked yet nor the £25 refund from betfair....... not sure why not when others seem to be having no problems with it.....will just wait and see what happens

I await with bated breath your result as I have the same problem.

Fatass - how did you work out your winnings were wrong? I'm a betting v*irgin but don't think mine looked right either. I had £5 each way on Comply or die. On my statement it says the "average odds" (which I presume is what they calculated it on) were 10.51 for the win and 2.78 for the placing.

Would I be right in thinking my winnings should be (£5*10.51)+(£5*2.78)+£10 (my original stake) = 76.45? My statement actualy shows £56.43 (and commission is shown separately. Am I missing something?

    Should be £5*9.51 = 47.55 + £5*1.78 = 8.90, giving a total of 56.45 ish

For those that are having problems withdrawing their cash!

Have you tried entering the amount you wish to withdraw? When I withdrew mine it said something about £25 but I just ignored that and entered £58.25, and it was fine. Try that and it should be ok!

Has anyone else had a problem when doing this or any complications?

    My £25 not appeared yet.:o
Also, feel a bit daft ! I joined Cashbackkings especially, but after going through the correct links and placing bets with Betfair, when checking my emails I realised there was an email waiting for me saying my Cashbackkings account had to be activated by clicking on the email. Doh !
