For those that are having problems withdrawing their cash!

Have you tried entering the amount you wish to withdraw? When I withdrew mine it said something about £25 but I just ignored that and entered £58.25, and it was fine. Try that and it should be ok!

Pointless phoning today, during what's probably their busiest few hours of the year. You're bound to be on hold for ages. Their email help is pretty good on turnaround time, I'd do that or call tomorrow when it will be a lot less busy.

I'll give them another 15 mins and then try again tomorrow...

Anyone else having this withdrawal problem?

I await with bated breath your result as I have the same problem.

Fatass - how did you work out your winnings were wrong? I'm a betting v*irgin but don't think mine looked right either. I had £5 each way on Comply or die. On my statement it says the "average odds" (which I presume is what they calculated it on) were 10.51 for the win and 2.78 for the placing.

Would I be right in thinking my winnings should be (£5*10.51)+(£5*2.78)+£10 (my original stake) = 76.45? My statement actualy shows £56.43 (and commission is shown separately. Am I missing something?

    PERFECT!!!

All withdrawn back to my bank account, says it will take about 3-5 days.

    Cheers for that!

Was just a bit concerned re the message saying i could only withdraw £25 but it now shows the full withdrawal on my betfair statement.

    If it helps....

I returned the £25 original deposit to the card that the payment was made from. Then went in and asked to withdraw by bank transfer for the remainder of the £60. I asked for this to go to another bank a/c to clear some of my o/d :D.

    I wasn't charged a fee though .

    Jeppy
, did you ask for a next day transfer?

    Hi all..........
has anyone else's account not been credited with the £25 yet?
Mine has, but my sisters hasn't?

    ooh and I won too:T
  • Well that was a successful day! :T

Both me and OH signed up for Betfair, I had £5 on Comply Or Die, she had £15...now we're the best part of £200 up! Both successfully tracked on Quidco too.

Still waiting for the £25 refunds from Betfair to appear - will give them until tomorrow to come up with the dosh.

Cheers Martin, another great tip
