No not at all, Not with night school, well here in yorkshire people, who have a skill can teach it to adults. They get in touch with local colleges and schools and put them selves forward. I know someone who teaches flower arranging and she does not have any teaching qualifications. Its just something she loves and likes to pass her skills on.

I didn't say, or even imply, that it WAS good enough - I merely stated that it was an unfair generalisation to say that parents are misusing these medicines.

snaggs - if it's any comfort I think the calpol thing must have been a mistake. there's no mention of banning it.

    Hello everyone!

Can't believe I've been MIA all day - it's manic at work though so wouldn't have been able to post anything (but it would have been nice to read and lurk)...

Wayne's ordered pizza for tonight - I was 3 1/2 hours late home from work and could not be @rsed cooking. Going to enjoy it when it turns up!

Sorry Snaggs. I should have put more smileys in there...

For me, if you know the risks, or could reasonably have been expected to know them - and you chose - it's at your risk.

You can poison kids with medicines. You can also poison them with salt.

And yes you can poison them with honey.

    Let's ban 'em all!
