Weeze you can't put anything in the dishwasher but my experience is that the non stick pan really does work so a quick wipe out with a dry teatowel or some kitchen roll usually cleans it up well.

I have put the non-stick pan in the dishwasher (from the panny 255), will I damage it, shouldn't I do that?

I've had a Panasonic since for about 14 months and it's fab! It has also paid for itself.

It is healthier as no preservatives etc.

Regarding going stale after a day - ours doesn't last that long. :D

I only do the small loaf, little & often.

I didn't think, I throw everything in there.

Why, will it damage the coating?

Yeast .....I like the orange packet of Dove dried yeast rather than the sachets. Once opened I keep it in the freezer and use it straight from frozen - never been a problem and never had a pack go off.

I have this & I'm using it now.
But I can't remember where I bought it.
I thought it was Asda so I wemt in there.
    They don't have it.

Anyone know where they sell this?

  • The general consensus is that it's either of the Panasonics, SD254 or SD255.
The SD254 is available for £67 delivered from dixons.co.uk at the moment, I've just ordered one myself!
