Your unwanted bath isn't white and small, is it, by any chance? (I've been waiting for one of those on Freecycle for ages!)
It is! And it has three ducks on the side. Either you or Bails are very welcome to it - just let me know which one of you gets it.
My darling Dog has a birthday today. She is 14!!! Unfortunately DD smeared her with joghurt yesterday (AGAIN) so poor thing is going to have to have a wash today. Not really a nice birthday pressie. I promise I will give her extra dental stick later.
Need to rush off again - catch up later..."Everything will be alright in the end. If it's not alright, it's not the end."

Ha ha, poor Dogface! Happy birthday!

Registry Office in Cornwall is booked
We have an hour appointment booked for Thursday morning at our local registry office for our 'Notice of Marriage'. £30 each! (What do they do in that hour - does anyone know?)
I want to wear a red meringue dress (don't tell H2B as he doesn't think I'm going for a traditional style), so this wedding looks like it is going to be costing a fortune. Will try to keep costs down! A list seems a good place to start, and then I must stick with it.
Go to go. DS is poorly with vomiting and fever (yesterday). Better today but not at school. His recovery will be speeded up by use of the internet apparently...:heartsmil When you find people who not only tolerate your quirks but celebrate them with glad cries of "Me too!" be sure to cherish them. Because these weirdos are your true family.0 -
Hope DD is feeling better, Whitewing and wow! to the wedding plans. You really did watch Apprentice last week! Have you tried their website and make a frugal offer to buy something from the collection at secondhand price? Afterall, it's technically been used as most TV production companies buy some props for their shows
Marru, give Dogface a birthday pat from auntie NYKIT'S ARRIVED! MY FRUGAL FOOD GROWING APARATUS HAS ARRIVED!
Stuff work, gone to build a plastic greenhouse whilst it's hot and sunny outside. I love being self-employed!
Back again - 3pm and greenhouse is built, slabs laid along centre (4), growbags in place and it is absolutely scorching! Need to go post work stuff off, though, so have been rudely interupted! Hmph!I reserve the right not to spend.
The less I spend, the more I can afford.

Ooh, I missed the wedding dresses on Apprentice, care to post a link of what you're thinking of Whitewing?
Nyk, you sound like a big kid, how fab is that! :j
Just back from meeting OH for a coffee to break the day up and accidentally fell into the charity shop a few doors down...okay, okay it was always my plan :rotfl:I've spent £15.50  but got a beautiful wraparound cardi, 3 summer tops, 2 stripey long sleeve tops for wearing under t-shirts and a rather overlarge skirt to make into a dress (hopefully). Although the stripey tops are white/grey and grey/black, the rest is very brightly colouredIn case anyone thinks I have a shopping addiction, I'm just restocking my wardrobe with clothes that fit
OH also picked me up a rather funky glasses case off the street, so a good day me thinks! The 1,000 Day Challenge:Feb 16, 2016500/30,000

shaz lovely photo and just goes to show the best weddings are not the one's costing mega bucks.
We did our own...got married in the garden, had 100+ guests and they voted it the best ever. So good that we celebrated again the following year and even more people came as the fame had spread far and wide!0 -
