Have many people got items free of charge on Ebay/Amazon when moaning about the item?
(I know I have, 1 because it was tat, 1 damaged, 1 took forever to arrive).
All because I threatened to give bad feedback...
Am I the only one? (They've all been company sellers rather than individuals)
You may want to read up on this policy then - http://pages.ebay.co.uk/help/policies/feedback-extortion.html

In fairness, if there's a problem with a low priced item, the seller will sometimes just refund and not ask for it back as it just isn't worth it.0

It looks like the way of seeing what a seller will accept for a buy it now or best offer has been taken away - showing completed listings now only shows the initial price and not the price that was accepted.
Does anybody know otherwise as this was a great facility. To infinity and beyond!0 -
if you are buying, get a quidco cashback account and go via that website - you get 40% cashback on the fees!0
