Moving to O2 Simplicity

wow i thought my son was bad for constanly on his phone:rotfl: just to add my son is also still at school but he was still made to pay via his pocket money, i know in the long run it would have been me paying:eek: as i pay the the pocket money:eek: but he'll never learn otherwise,

can i ask how many minutes was used by your son on that particular bill just curious to know how many minutes he used re:- fair usage

Have just gone online to o2 and although I know at the time I was able to look at the number of calls and who they were to, duration, cost etc. now because it's a past bill it's only showing the total cost of extra calls-there's no breakdown that I can find. Sorry, but if I can find out I'll post it here.

dont know if this helps when i sign into 'my o2' i click on 'my bill (left side)then the list on left on the top says previous bills

Yes, That's where I looked. It brings up the bill ok but not a breakdown of calls, texts etc.

after you click on "my bill" and it shows copy of teh bill click on "what I've used " then voice calls , messages or browser and will give a full brakdown,

my son has the o2 simplicity and when he goes over it is usually because he has been using internet on his phone.

also you could just maybe look at the amount of hours that have been used
