right, back from my hour, and boy do i need a sit down. Might scrap the plan to defrost the freezer today, as my back is killing me from the hour run around.

kitchen is loads better - i put everything i got done in the post with my list today. I have the top of the grill soaking in starclens as it is really manky. I don't think it will all shift today, but i will need to get rid of that before i make lunch i think.

The kitchen also stinks as i decided to descale the kettle with white vinegar. Now need to buy some more white vinegar.

Right, think what i might do then is finish scrubbing the top of the grill, then do myself lunch and watch last nights eastenders and todays neighbours, then go and do the supermarket shop.

chunky i'm not really shaming you, my DS is at nursery, while you have 4 underfoot.

julie and viv how did you get on in your hour? viv don't envy you that bag of coursework you have to mark. I did 100 pieces before i started my maternity leave, and i am sure that the science coursework is a lot easier to mark than English work. Took me forever. I also need to go back into school and tidy up before next monday, and finish off 2 schemes of work i was doing, but surprisingly it is not high on my list of priorities at the moment.

pigpen sounds like you are having a busy time of it at the minute. Was going to ask you if there was any sign of any wilkos vouchers from quidco yet? I need to buy some nappies soon, and was wondering whether to go for getting more from boots and use up my points or try and hang on for the vouchers.

Nope nothing received yet.. todays post has been and they aren't in that either!!

    Mortgage-free Glee!
Hi Folks! Hope to dip in and out during these two weeks of the school holidays. Yesterday was a complete disaster, probably on laptop virtually all day and evening:eek: Today is supposed to be a "15 minute" day, when I hope to get loads done:D
However, have been ironing for over an hour - and the bottom of the basket is in sight! Have also paid cc bills online so can forget that for a bit! Bedroom is almost straight and kitchen looks a little less like a disaster zone. Now to do macaroni cheese for lunch. Trip out with DH this afternoon as he has a technical issue with his pda to get sorted - and I fancy a change of scene!:j
    Resolution:
    Think twice before spending anything!

Michelle, marking always takes so long doesn't it?

Got quite a bit done but because of my kitchen being done, there is dust everywhere.
At the moment I'm trying to search the internet for baskets for my utility/pantry area.
We don't need to do it perfectly - good enough is exactly that GOOD ENOUGH.
