Finally got DS to go and have a nap - he is really on form today, not helped because he wants 'Diddy' who is trying to fix the rest of the wardrobes that can be done, and is wandering back and forth and up and down, and looks so much more interesting than mammy.

:bdaycake: now i have woken up, happy birthday to nicki's DD and embb:bdaycake:

    Right, achieved in our house:
    • i made bacon butties for breakie, although really regretting it now as i have terrible indigestion
    • bathroom bin emptied
    • room wardrobes are in has been emptied of the airers and ironing board, and i heard Dh wield a hoover
    • DH has fixed a drawer on the new fitted chest of drawers that just came off in his hand
    • DH has cut a bit of wood to a suitable size to make the wardrobe meet the ceiling, although he is wandering around now having to keep shaving bits off one side cos it doesn't quite fit yet
    • paid my CC bill
i suppose i should make myself useful [strike]and get the washing up done[/strike], and perhaps peel some veg for the roast we are having later. I'm really worn out from about 2 hours of watching DS, but i am going to have to work through it.

I treated myself to a latch hook rug kit yesterday for DS's new room. It arrived today :T but i have promised myself i won't open it until i have finished dealing with school stuff, sorted a hospital bag and the house is a bit more in order. Some challenge there then to motivate myself. I am determined it will be started by next weekend.

    Michelle, x

I've sorted the mountain of baby stuff to rehome.. I am seriously considering hoiking it in a binbag and bunging it on freecycle.. I really don't think I can be bothered with ebaying it only to get pennies for it!!

That way.. a.. it will be gone and b.. it will be gone NOW

vanilla **have a squishy hug** I know what you mean about annoying partners, I've been told to **** off and all kinds so far today, generally spoken to like I am something he's walked in, must be something in the air.

soappie I did that last week, went to the post office before they opened when I had an appointment at 8.30am, I thought they opened at 8am, shows how often I leave the house that early

Well not done much so far, in a stomper of a mood because of the certain someone, getting a bit sick of it to be honest, didn't get him to register on quidco/betfair because every time I open my mouth to speak to him he's rude and nasty, then he suggests a day out in Hull this week or next - erm, DS1 and I are covered in some sort of rash, who would look after the dogs? who's going to pay? all these things he doesn't think about then shouts when I mention them, that of course added to the fact he can't speak to me without swearing and being nasty I don't want to spend hour stuck in a car with him. Think I will deal with online banking stuff, emails, freecycle stuff etc then have a look at the list, suppose I get more done when I am feeling cross. Still need to finalise a meal plan of some sort aswell.
