    Morning

Happy Birthday to Nicki's DD :bdaycake: we share the same day, I'm only a few years older *coughs* :D

Read the betfair thread last night, sounds too complicated for me and anyhow they make a right faff of someone who only has an Electron card ( ) couldn't be hassled.

It's cold today, it was forecast but I didn't believe them because it's been so warm and sunny and they say anything, looks like the sun's trying to peep through though, hope it does I've got washing today, oh darn it the lines still broke *strokes chins* maiden then.

Plan for today is to completely do the downstairs, upstairs will get done on a fortnightly basis unless warranted, it's fine still so that's being left this week, so only about an hours work this weekend, yay! Then I'm gonna chill, enjoy my birthday and all the fuss they'll make of me, make a curry for tea then see what's on the box.

    list:-

    Living room
    tidy
    wash settees
    hoover and mop under furniture
    hoover floor
    wash down electricals/units
    wash window
    wash skirts/door

    Kitchen
it's tidy so just cleaning to do
    wash cupboards
    wash white goods
    clean benches inc. under everything
    hoover
    wash tiles
    mop
    wash door

    Dining room/pc room

    take clean washing upstairs
    wash doors/skirts
    wash units
    wash pc and desk
    hoover

    Hallway/cloakroom toilet

    wash toilet/sink/window
    wash skirts/door
    hoover
    mop
    hoover and mop hallway
take stuff from th stairs upstairs
    wash down all paintwork.

See ya in a bit

Sharon - my quidco tracked as soon as I set up my betfair acct. I did mine before the rate went up to £50 - amount of traffic is slowing down the process maybe?

  • Sharon, did you do the validating age thing? If you looked in my account on betfair - my bets hadn't been placed (I don't think) until I had added a CC. They were there but there was a great bit 18 at the top of the page. Not quite sure if using PP would have avoided this or not.

Happy Birthday!!!! to embb and nicki's dd :D

    Morning everyone!
Have spent ages catching up with all posts! Sorry for not posting much this week but honest I have been flying!
Progress this week - study all tidy and everything either filed or shredded! (hopefully the right piles in the right places).
DD1's bedroom completely blitzed. What is it about 9 year old girls and hoarding piles of rubbish??? Took us 5 hours but every drawer, shelf and cupboard is now sorted. The charity shop is 2 bags of stuff better off, 3 carriers of recycling and a black sack of rubbish! (Oh and 2 bags of shoes/clothes for loft waiting for DD2 to grow into!!).
Also managed to sort out toys in playroom - another load of recycling etc.
    This weekend I need to:
    go to bank
    rebook contact lens check
bake more raspberry and chocolate muffins!!
try out Jamies meatballs and spaghetti
remember to record Doctor Who for DD1
    do an online shop
    take back library books
    send birthday card to Aunt
Buy prezzie for DD1 to take to a party next weekend

    and

make sure I follow Pigpens instructions about bubble baths and face packs - sounds wonderful!!!

Finally - hugs to all in need!!!

I didn't realise I had that until this morning but I have done that now and added a credit card to the account

Hope it tracks Sharon! Except if you use your credit card it might take it as a cash transaction so may charge interest as such. (extra careful if its a 0% interest period on it).

Have just placed my bets and went a little too over excited! Will calm down now with abit of washing up!

There seem to be lots of you up and going already this morning. Darn pesky kids.

Can't really complain about mine. He woke up about 7:15, and stayed in his cot chatting to himself without any fuss for at least another 30 minutes.

All we have managed so far is to get up and have breakfast - best go and get dressed and stuff in a minute though as DH wants to do the wardrobes today. I have to say - needs to do the wardrobes so the carpet can be fitted without fuss on monday morning.

Anyway, will pop back later with an update of what we achieve - i don't think a list is too sensible today, but will see what we can manage off the weekly and before baby one.

pink fairy hope all is looking a bit better this morning. Remember you are not actually responsible. You sound just like my mum - she had my sisters boyfriend move in at 17, and he is still there 4 years later, and now my brothers girlfriend is trying to move in too. I don't know why my siblings attract to people who have a poor family background, but my mum always feels obliged to get involved.

    See you all later

I placed the initial funds and bet using paypal. Then this morning when I got up there was an email about the age thing so I went and registered my credit card although I havent used this to place any bets or put any money into the account. It appears there are problems with paypal and tracking. I tried to raise a ticket but it won't let me do that until 13th. It would be just my luck that I messed it up. Oh well maybe one of the horses will win; lol
