so outbidder no beer for Murph then
, not even a half case for trying !
seriously though if i'd have known that a direct flight was important for you, i'd have suggested that you buy the BA tickets for £1800 while you could. When i looked around the flight consolidators, BA was comonmg out way on the wrong side of £2000 but today BA.com are quoting £1906.50 for the flight.
I know that you have mentioned days booked off at work, but if you were able to change it to 14 Dec - 7 Jan the price would drop to £1799.50, you would save some money and I would qualify for free beer again :T

Try ringing someone like Bon-Voyage. They gave me a really good price for a BA fare to Phoenix. It had to include either some carhire (3 or 5 days) or a few days hotel but with a saving of about £100 off the adult fare it was still worth it even if you dont use the car!CHEAP IN COST NOT IN STYLE...0

Get your hands of "MY" beer! If outbidder could give me the exact dates I'm sure I could find him the fare close to the £1800....on the dates he wants and direct flights.....0 -
Tried to get it dirt cheap using the Roast beef offer in Tesco to get more clubcard points, but as airmiles conversion rate sucks, it's about £1700 total spend, so not worth the hassle of buying all that beef for the cheaper flights.Who made hogs and dogs and frogs?

Iceliquid
don't you try and muscle in here and take away 'MY BEER'. :j
The dates out bidder is looking at is 15 Dec - 7 Jan direct flights London - Texas preferably with BA.
Come on then - put your beer where my mouth is & do the do. I believe I have already mentioned my particular fancy for Theakstons Old Peculier.
MTC
all fun to one side on the dates provided & on outbidders (ridiculous beer award avoid giving ) criteria 1800 of Her Majesty's one pound coins wasn't bad at all - but he could save 50p and buy me some beer if he followed my plan !!

Oh what have I started.
I never meant this to get to the "tall-text" stage.
I'm just glad that this is all virtual...0 -
Ok outbidder
it's time to find your local supplier of Theakstons Old Peculier because i'm staking my claim (yah boo sucks iceliquid, you pretender to the crown of finding cheap flights to Texas).
Mr Outbidder I am proud to present, on your choice of flight days, flying with BA (Bloody Awful), directly from London Gatwick to Houston - Texas in a shiny new Boing Boing 777 jet the beer winning, price busting, less than £1800 challenging fare of £1787.00 taken from the BA site this morning (but you might have to take a butty or some pies with you !!)
I thank you
I thank you
