Can't remember if I have mentioned it before on this thread or not.

I bought 2 bottles of the Method foaming hand washes and yes they did cost me £6.5oish:eek:but I can't find anything else that is as nice. And they where full of handwash as well not just empty. You can find them in homebase and B & Q, looked in boots and could not find anything.

But I now find my hand wash lasts so much longer. As you just pour a bit of hand wash about a couple of tablespoons in to the foaming dispenser and top up with water and you get a lovely foaming hand wash out.

It does settle in the bottom of the bottle and needs a small shake every few days.

Bought them over 6 months ago and both bottles are going strong. It will take a while to re coup the cost. But if you have people who go through hand wash like water it will help to keep the costs down. Obviously if you use anti-bacterial it is no good.

    Yours

    Calley

I hope you remembered to wash the egg well first - just thinking where it's come from :rotfl:
I was thinking that too:) my brother trained as a chef and they were taught to wash eggs as soon as they were brought into the kitchen:D
Don't know if it's moneysaving really but if I want an egg for a sandwich I cook it in one of those micro cup things (remember to pierce yolk first!) then you can add salt, pepper, mayo etc into the cup to make filling, only one item to wash up, well, two with the knife I suppose:D

If you're near the end of your bronzer make up or it's simply cracked... don't throw it away... mix it with some moisturiser ... and it makes really nice bronzer cream to give a natural looking tan... I always do this... especially as Summer is coming :o

:o Actually it wasn't until I told someone at work about this that they said "I used to do that but then someone reminded me where it came from, so now I don't"

Needless to say that was the first and last time I boiled an egg in my rice  vomit-smiley-5013.gif

  • The heat of boiling would kill off any bugs/bacteria etc. on the egg; so continue to boil your egg in anything else you are boiling on the hob.

You may well be right, but I don't fancy eating rice that has been boiled along with something out of a chicken's bum :rotfl:
