our plates definitely need a wash each time, i couldnt bear the thought of eating off a scummy plate uuurrrggghhh.....
apart from anything else we are a gravy dinner family, and if its not something with gravy its pasta sauce or something else equally as messy...
the only way i can see that an unwashed plate would last almost a weeks worth of meals is if your eating processed and chips every night
I have a feeling that wasn't a serious suggestionLike buying squares of carpet and tying them to your feet so you don't have to cover the whole floor

If you buy Peppadew peppers (drool!) you get a little plastic 'cage' that holds them under the juice, I kept this and have now put it into my other jar of sundried tomatoes, stops them drying out, wonder if you could make your own...God is good, all the time

Very well put confuzzled.I like your style! My DD is exactly the same and is now hitting her teens with a shrewd sense of how far money can go and far better style sense than her mum.
They have both learnt that if they want the designer/brand labels they have to look for bargains or save up.
DS1 is a dab hand at finding bargains on Eb@y and even the brands own websites.

LOL :rotfl: I just posted this as joke really however sometimes I will use a plate without washing it, for a light snack like a piece of cake or toast on it if it has been lightly used as is fairly dry and only a few hours used.
Reminds me of Steptoe having a bath with with his dishes :rotfl:0 -

...well....and I thought the idea of shared baths was to share a bath with friend to save on fuel - sharing a bath with the dishes...hmmmm:rotfl:
My only bath-related thoughts go along the lines of being able to use bathes to wash/soak large items of clothing/bedding or maybe a bit of fruit trampling (to make ones own cider/apple juice perhaps)...:D0 -
