Really? Cool! The only problem with that is the nearest Sainsbury's is about 30 miles away so I'd have to travel a fair way to get there. I think it might work out cheaper though as the petrol is cheaper there and there's other DIY shops and a general store there which could be useful. I'll have to try and convince everyone in the family that it's worth going there this week to have a look (they're just so picky!)
    Thanks for telling me that!
Maybe you could see if there is a free delivery code on the boards and get a month or 2 supply delivered:confused:

If it's 30 miles away, they probably won't deliver.

Still worth having a look though, I suppose :)

When my children were all at home, I had them trained to pin each pair of socks together before dropping them in the wash basket. I had a mountain of nappy pins back then and they were perfect for the job as they didn't come undone in the wash. Not sure if you can buy them now though

I just use the plastic tops of the milk containers - cut a cross in the top with a sharp knife and just push the top of the socks (or toe, whichever you prefer) through the cross.

Keeps them together in the washing machine (and tumble drier, if you use one:naughty:) - cheap as chips, and uses up all those plastic tops you can't recycle :D. OH says I have too much time on my hands LOL!!
