Any luck with getting any extra help? I hate anxiety more than any other symptom personally, I can cope with tearfulness, bad thoughts etc. When the anxiety starts I fall to bits though. I feel for you

I have recently come off some medication, and one of the side effects was that it made me sleep really well. Unfortunately, one of the other side effects was that it made me hypersensitive to the sun, so as soon as the sun came out I came off the meds (took a few weeks) and now I can't sleep! The annoying thing is the sun has gone away as well.KEEP CALM AND keep taking the tablets :cool2:0

Ccstar - That's terrible the way you have been treated and your filling falling out is just the icing on the cake. Hopefully when you go to have it fixed you're other half being there will make a difference. [[hugs]] I'm sorry if I make you feel ignored.
I don't mean to. Just sometimes I don't know what to say and I don't want to bore you. [[hugs]]
RBK - Thank you.[[hugs]]
Tiff - Congratulations to you and your son. You both must be over the moon.[[hugs]]
Alba - Hello. How are you doing? [[hugs]]
Septemberblues - Thank you for your kind words on my poem. I have over 200 poems.lol. I use writing as an outlet for my emotions. I may share some more with you one day.I'm sorry to hear about the session with your psychotherapist. Panic attacks are horrible at the best of times but I find having one in front of someone makes ie 100 times worse. I felt so stupid and embarrassed when I had one in front of my doctor. [[[[[[hugs]]]]]] It's so good your therapist was nice though. That can help a big deal.
Meyore - Hello lovely. How are you? [[hugs]]
SF - I really hope your exam goes well. Good luck. You'll be in my thoughts. [[hugs]]
Sazbo - I hope you have a fantastic time on holiday.[[hugs]]
Geminilady - Hello hun. How are you this evening/morning/anytime you pick this post up?.lol. [[hugs]]
Fg - I hope you're feeling better.[[hugs]]
