I hope no one feels ignored by me and if you are, then please explain to me why. Sometimes I don't reply to every post its because I don't know how I can answer some of them.

I'm off to bed before this upsets me. Night x

If everyone is feeling ignored on here what's the point in people replying *sigh*

Glad its not just me! I always feel bad, and I'll often sit debating with myself wether I should post a useless reply or just hide and hope no one notices!

I also feel very scared by some people :o and I'm not sure who is/isn't my friend, so I do tend to ignore some people. I don't have the guts to ask if people are still angry at me, so I just close my eyes and hope that no one who doesn't like me notices that I'm here.
:D Well I don't hate you, I consider you one of my friends on here. Everyone on this thread is lovely I think.

    How are you today?

    Xx

 Sorry. Was just sharing how I feel. I know I'm sensitive and over-emotional, but sometimes it helps to just share about it. Hope I haven't annoyed you.

I'm dosed up to the eyeballs on sleeping pills, diazepam and co-codamol, and anxiety is still through the roof!

Argh, we need to stop talking about ignoring people... The nature of depression makes us more suseptible (sp?) to anxiety and paranoid thoughts, so people will misunderstand each other.

I think its fair to say that everyone is very nice here and no one purposely ignores anyone else, just circumstances mean we can't always reply to each other.

    And breathe...

Pink Princess What a lovely post :) it's very much appreciated.

dawnylou (((HUGS))) Are you still off work atm? If so, is it helping? Have you spoken with your manager about everything that is going on? Basically are they aware of how difficult you are finding work atm? Can they allow you any kind of flexibility while you try to get well? The environment you're in seems very stressful and demanding, I'm not surprised it's getting to you.

I think you really need to speak with someone about your options. What does your OH think? Have you got anyone else that you can talk to?

    You aren't whining hun (((HUGS)))

Was it Mirtazapine that you were prescribed? Your Doctor gave you a prescription because he/she feels that it will help you, surely it's worth trying it to see? Did you talk through your worries about taking the medication with the Doctor?

LM (((HUGS))) for you. Good poem hun :) that really does explain metal illness.

Hi geminilady it's nice to see you posting. How are you?

slowlyfading I'm sure you will be fine *fingers crossed* for you. Believe in yourself. (((HUGS)))

Hi RBK:hello: Was going to reply earlier but noticed you had gone off line.I am ok ty struggling but keeping my head above water if you know what i mean. How are things with you?

Bless us, I think feeling ignored and undervalued is just part and parcel of depression. The only reason for someone to be "ignored" is because this thread gets new posts really quickly and it's easy to miss some things that are said, I'm sure the ignoring isn't what's really happening, we are just over sensitive at times :p

(I think meyore is a quicker typist than me, she said it all!)

Sorry to hear that Gemini. Are you getting all the support you can? Anything you want to talk about?
