Hello everyone, hope you're all doing ok today
Sorry to hear about what happened at the counsellors september blues, that must've been an awful experience. Don't let it put you off though, I'm sure it'll do you good in the long run

Hi RBK, Alba, LadyM and anyone else about that I have managed to forget. My mind is like a sieve, nothing personal, honest

I called a friend and we are going to meet tomorrow and have a chat, I've been very insular lately and go over and over (bad) things in my mind. So I'm going to try and have a bit more fun in my life, it's been missing lately!
Although it was a horrible experience it sounds as though its had a positive effect, hope that makes sense
I hope you have a lovely time with your friend.-->♥<-- Sugar Coated Owl -->♥<--

Thanks, she was with the Mental Health Services (as a patient) for several years so she knows where I'm coming from. We go and sit in the local McDonalds, I have a cup of tea (89p) and we sit and talk for hours, I'm a cheap date! Am actually feeling a lot better today, it's been good to talk to you all.KEEP CALM AND keep taking the tablets :cool2:0 -
