No post from you today,hope you are ok,still waiting for the next Tiff chronicle but maybe you are not up to it at the moment.I know you have a lot of health problems.I am ok thanks but you were right when you said i am one of the silent types.I am much better at listening(or reading)than talking about myself but i am ok,someone once said i am a survivor and i suppose i am but i would like to be happy rather than ok if you know what i mean.I suppose that goes for a lot of us on here,wish i had a magic wand lol.

I'm contemplating buying some Nytol, just to see if that will knock me out.lol. This is ridiculous. My sleeping patterns have been deteriorating a lot over the past month or so. They weren't great before that but now I'm like a zombie a lot of the time.
I'm going to talk to the doctor about it on Tuesday and see what she suggests because it's really upsetting me.

Quite a while before Tuesday though but it is best to get the Doctors Advice.Nytol might not mix with any other medication you are on so it is best to ask.I take it you have tried the hot milk,warm bath ect?
