I'm baaaaaaaaack. Did you miss me? *bats eyelashes* ;)

Fairydawn - The flat pack...will most likely go out of the window later.lol. It's so frustrating. I'm a perfectionist and it's really upsetting me that I can't put the blasted thing together. I need a strong man me thinks.lol.

Morning all  forgot what day and month it was today  note to self get a bigger calendar and cross of the days as they go!!

Hi Jen, sorry I did not get back to you last night but DS nicked comp for course work.

Do you have to tell employers about your uni? Can you do like a mock cv to help get a lower paid job is this legal? I know the job market is tough at moment as soon finishes collage in July and has been hunting around, it is very demoralising.

Lady M how's the flat pack lol has it gone through any windows yet? :D

Hi to everyone else hope you all have a good day.

    Hi,

Struggling to keep up with all the posts going on here ... I had 36 emails just now.

I seem to have lost track of days too today, as I feel like I somehow lost a day yesterday. I don't know about a mock cv as what would I say I have been doing .... and what happens if they check or summat ... I just normally try and convince them I am at uni etc but i never seem to get offered interviews.

    how are you today?

top_drawer, I've just noticed you're from Preston - I'm studying at Lancs Uni, so if you ever want to meet up for the day, I'm free :) x

    DIY is evil
    Oh yes it is
    Lawnmowers are blasted things
    That really hurt my wrists
The handle is still not on
It won't fit in the space
I think I will throw it out the window
    Oh, what a disgrace!
    Whatever happened to "ready made"
    And "as easy as 1,2,3"
    I really think the manufacturers
    Love to take the pee
    The instructions are useless
    Three pictures, scarcely drawn
All I wanted to bloomin' do
    Was mow the !!!!!!!' lawn

    *finishes singing*

Who would have thought that a lawnmower could be the cause of a anxiety breakdown. Stupid thing...or maybe I'm stupid for not being able to put it together....

You are so not stupid!! I bought a "easy self assembly" CD rack once and it took me an hour to put it together and I got injured in the process too! And thats a pretty good poem I definitely couldnt do that ....

Lol. Thanks. I'm usually okay putting things together but this lawnmower is just..grrr!.lol. I have tenosynovitis in my wrists so I'm not supposed to use my hands strenuously, but this lawnmower needs someone with a lot of strength. I have a lot of upper body strength but not a lot of wrist strength.lol.

I've emailed my project worker asking her if she can come and help me sometime.lol.
